By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use, together with any additional terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers included on the website, so please read them carefully. Overview
To use this website and make a booking, you agree to receive communications by email, text and phone from Dynes and our booking system so that bookings can be completed.
When you make a booking over the website, we will receive your booking and contact details and will contact you to confirm. Please make sure dynesgroup.co.uk is on your safe senders list and not filtered to junk mail. A booking request is not confirmed until we have agreed the requirements with you.
The contract for any services is between you and Dynes. You will pay Dynes directly for all work undertaken, in the normal way and under our terms of business.
If you need to cancel or change the date of your booking, please contact us directly as soon as possible. This is important, as we will be expecting you and will have allocated a person to work on your vehicle.
Our handling and use of your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy and is in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Nothing in these Terms of Use affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
